Cliffoney Community Forum commissioned Beo Ecology to develop a Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) for Cliffoney Village, Co. Sligo. The plan was prepared in consultation with the Cliffoney Community Forum and Tidy Towns, along with local community and sport groups; 

Cliffoney National School, Cliffoney Tidy Towns and Environment Group, Cliffoney Men's Shed, Cliffoney Celtic and Foróige Youth group. 

The aim of the BAP is to promote, educate, raise awareness and enhance biodiversity within the village. The report contains suggested recommendations of biodiversity and pollinator actions which can be implemented within Cliffoney Village to enhance biodiversity in the locality.

This Cliffoney Biodiversity Action plan has been funded by Community Foundation Ireland.
